Your Tasks
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Support the preparation cleaning and analysis of operational and client satisfaction data
- Create insightful dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Identify trends and areas for improvement using data
- Client Support:
- Assist in gathering and interpreting client feedback
- Support the creation of action plans based on client insights
- Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with team members to streamline internal workflows
- Propose datadriven solutions to improve operational processes
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Sales Vendor Strategy and Product team
- Support the Analytical Hub by contributing to adhoc projects and presentations
Your Profile
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with tools like Power BI
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data manipulation and visualization
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Soft Skills:
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals
