Your role
As Bid Manager your role will encompass a variety of exciting tasks including cost calculation proposal writing engaging with customers and managing proposals from inception to win contracts. But thats not all youll also play a key part in developing and executing successful business strategies together with the Product Sales Responsible ensuring our contract proposals and negotiations stand out from the competition.
We offer a role with varying tasks depending on the size of the current project. In larger proposals you will take a leading role and have the responsibility for the project initiation proposal team and of all proposal activities. You will manage the proposal team and inspire and motivate them to deliver to their best abilities. In smaller projects you will take on multiple tasks and collaborating with diverse teams across various areas of expertise.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with a proactive approach who takes on full responsibility for their allocated tasks and is a strong team player. You are open loyal and honest trust your coworkers abilities and decisions and honors agreements and processes. You need to be structured in your work and possess an understanding for business have analytical skills and a strong interest in technology.
To succeed and thrive in this role we believe that you:
Have experience of editorial work and price/cost calculations.
Are fluent in English in both written and spoken language.
Have a university education or similar work experience.
Have good knowledge in MS Office particularly in Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Have the ability to make international travels occasionally
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
