Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Assist customers with product information troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the team and follow company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills.
- EU citizenship OR valid work permit (fullpurpose specificpurpose or refugee protection certificate).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- No prior experience required entrylevel position.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
