Role Overview:
With full training provided youll support customers across phone chat email and social media platforms. From managing reservations to resolving inquiries youll play a key role in ensuring a seamless rental experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone email chat and social media
- Assist customers with car rental reservations modifications and cancellations
- Address inquiries related to pricing insurance and rental policies
- Help customers with vehicle pickup dropoff and payment issues
- Offer accurate information on rental terms locations and available options
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided
- Stay updated on company policies promotions and industry trends
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and advance your career
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
- Fluent in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Maltese Residency Card
- 01 year experience in customer support
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
