Job Summary:

Alviere is looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be the main point of contact for clients on a day to day basis. This person will be responsible for planning and leading projects of various sizes in terms of scope and length from assignment through completion. The ideal candidate will be able to be responsible for the planning tracking budgeting communications change control and managing deliverables for projects for Fortune 500 clients with adherence to and utilization of standard and currently leading project management methodologies.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leads multiple strategic and operational projects from inception and analysis through implementation to golive and stabilization
  • Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths. This requires the ability to connect cross dependencies across multiple projects and functions to keep project workflow progressing
  • Sets and continually manages project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Coaches mentors motivates and supervises project team members and contractors and influences them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
  • Manages the implementation of cross functional project plans which are coordinated by cross functional SME teams & participates in the development of risk mitigation plans
  • Manages highlevel deliverables performing project reviews and ensuring project management best practices take place for all engagements
  • Facilitates and makes complex decisions and recommendations under the limited direction and using a high degree of initiative and independent judgment
  • Supports the management of project documentation status reporting and risk awareness
  • Delivers on priorities working closely with direct managers in defining scoping and staffing new initiatives. Collaborates with decision makers and stakeholders to minimize risk for projects.
  • Builds develops and grows any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Effectively communicates project effort progress achievements problems and failures on a timely basis.
  • Works closely with decision makers in other departments to identify recommend develop implement and support costeffective business solutions for Alviere.
  • Effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

A successful Customer Success Manager will have the following:

  • Comfortable in a client facing role managing complicated and often ambitious projects
  • Experienced at switching gears in a fastpaced environment and balancing several projects at once
  • An excellent communicator. You can present thoughts and ideas well verbally through emails and through visual communication you design. You are an active listener
  • A meeting facilitator. You can define meeting goals chart the path to getting there address meeting success roadblocks and foster a productive and collaborative space toward achieving those goals
  • A problem solver. You are energized when you see something that could be better and motivated to do something about it

Compensation:

Base Salary $100000.00/Yr $140000.00/Yr

Eligible for company bonus and to receive equity in the company

Benefits include: Medical dental vision insurances unlimited paid time off 401k plan w/company match

Alviere intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range dependent on jobrelated nondiscriminatory factors such as experience.
