Job Description
Dougs Day Diner in Mead is looking for one Lead Server to join our 33 person strong team. We are located on 110 E 29 Th St. Our ideal candidate is selfdriven punctual and hardworking.
Responsibilities
- Day to day operations in the absence of the Assistant and General Manager
- Ability to coach team members and handle conflict
- Ensuring the food is safe following all food safety procedures
- Delivering food to tables
- Ability to interact with guests take orders handle cash
- Delivering a great customer experience
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Manager and a Server a plus
