Business Development Manager

Drive Growth & Make a Difference!

Are you a dynamic sales leader ready to expand opportunities in the home care industry As Business Development Manager youll play a key role in expanding Senior Helpers reach driving growth forging strategic partnerships and connecting seniors with the care they need. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on the homecare industry while working in a fastgrowing missiondriven organization that values growth for all and clientcentered care.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to acquire new clients and referral partnerships with hospitals rehabilitation centers skilled nursing facilities and healthcare networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals social workers case managers and senior living communities to drive referrals.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking opportunities to expand market presence increase brand awareness and position Senior Helpers as a trusted home care provider.
  • Deliver compelling solutionsbased presentations that highlight the companys expertise personalized care services and commitment to improving seniors quality of life.
  • Track key business development metrics analyze trends and adjust strategies to exceed targets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including operations marketing and customer service to ensure seamless client onboarding and continued satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on home care industry best practices and standards to effectively communicate service offerings.
  • Represent Senior Helpers as an industry leader by engaging in professional associations networking groups and partnerships that enhance the companys credibility and market presence.

What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales preferably in Healthcare Home Care or Senior Services.
  • A proven track record of driving sales building referral networks and growing market share in the home care or health care industry.
  • Strong understanding of home care regulations private pay models and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processes (preferred).
  • Excellent communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to engage and influence decisionmakers.
  • A selfmotivated resultsdriven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite and datadriven sales strategies.
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for networking and business development.
