You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities delivering persuasive presentations and nurturing strong client relationships to drive both growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector
Promote a wide range of employee benefits solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Deliver professional presentations and proposals
Support client onboarding and post-sales service to ensure satisfaction and retention
About You:
You are a confident outgoing individual with a strong sales orientation and a passion for relationship building. You thrive in a team environment but are also capable of working independently. A results-driven mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
Job Requirements:
A good level of education ideally with qualifications in insurance or a related field
Experience in health insurance sales especially within a corporate context is an asset
Solid understanding of health insurance products and ability to explain them clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Fluent in written and spoken English
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
