  • 24404 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • 37 hours per week Flexible working options available

Your role and responsibilities

  • providean efficient and customer focused first point of contact for customers within the Fostering and Adoption Service
  • administergroup mailboxes and maintain office and electronic recording systems
  • placeorders for supplies and services
  • providefinancial statistical and administrative support
  • preparing the agenda and take minutes for meetings

This is your opportunity as a professional and committed individual to join our friendly and supportive Corporate Parenting Service.Do you have recent experience of providing administrative support to a team

You will need

  • to understand customer needs and know how to deliver a good customer service experience
  • good communication and IT skills with an ability to contribute to a team approach
  • the ability to work confidently under your own initiative and work independently to resolve a range of issues
  • experience of working with financial systems and maintaining databases
  • to show accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work to achieve deadlines and team objectives

The Adoption and Fostering Team is part of the Corporate Parenting Service which is committed to providing the best service and support for children in care adopted children and their families.
