Key Responsibilities: Develop and write detailed specifications for advanced integrated circuits ensuring clarity accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Create and maintain source control documents to support the development and production of integrated circuits. Collaborate with design engineers to gather technical information and translate it into wellorganized documentation. Review and revise existing specifications to improve clarity consistency and completeness. Ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements. Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of specifications into the product development process.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in writing technical specifications and documentation for integrated circuits or similar products. Strong understanding of integrated circuit design and development processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in industrystandard software tools for documentation and specification writing. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with source control management systems. Experience working in a fastpaced dynamic environment. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the semiconductor industry.
