PostDoctoral Fellow
Are you looking for a oneyear postdoc opportunity expanding your role to apply your expertise across practice domains The Devereux Center for Effective Schools (CES) www.centerforeffectiveschools is seeking a fulltime school or clinical psychologist to complete a postdoc fellowship focusing on consulting and training for schools and other childserving organizations in southeastern Pennsylvania. Our current CES licensed psychologists will provide supervision for the postdoctoral fellow in order to obtain a licenseto practice psychology.
The CES a nationally recognized notforprofit research and training organization is committed to addressing the needs of children with and atrisk for developing emotional and behavioral disorders. The work of the CES focuses on establishing multitiered frameworks for prevention and intervention to enhance behavioral and academic supports at the district school classroom and individual student levels. This mission is accomplished through training consultation model program development and applied research.
The Postdoctoral Fellow will:
Consult with districts and schools to improve school climate and student behavior;
Develop and implement training programs to promote evidencebased intervention;
Participate in the design and implementation of applied research;
Support and/or lead existing project implementation and working with project teams; and
Disseminate professional work including presenting at conferences and writing journal articles

Qualifications
The selected candidate will possess:
- Doctoral degree in school psychology or clinical psychology
- Experience in school settings
- Ability to oversee projects
- Training in applied behavior analysis and/or behavioral consultation
- Excellent writing skills and record of publication and/or local or national presentations
- Strong communication and time management skills
- BCBA or BCBAeligible (recommended)
