DescriptionAs a Tele Sales Specialist at PetroApp you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts utilizing your communication skills and persuasive abilities to connect with potential clients. Your main responsibility will be to promote our innovative fleet management solutions and convert leads into customers through effective telemarketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and present PetroApps software solutions for fleet management.
- Generate leads through prospecting and follow up on existing leads to close sales.
- Utilize scripts and other sales materials to convey the value proposition of our services.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related field is preferred.
- 14 years of experience in tele sales or related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Selfmotivated with a goaloriented approach to work.
- Experience in the software or technology sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
