Your Opportunity
The Instructional Designer partners with departments to organize consolidate identify gaps and create training content. This position is responsible for identifying training needs based on skills gap analyses and developing educational and training material for new and existing employees. In this currently evolving role the Instructional Designer excels in a highvolume agile corporate environment. The best candidate is highly organized particularly good with communicating clearly and concisely and has excellent project management skills.

Your Benefits
The base salaryrange for this fulltime position is $75000$95000 bonus benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
