The Platform Engineers will work closely with Agile teams to create test and maintain technical solutions using fullstack development tools with a specific emphasis on Microsoft 365 Entra and endpoint platform engineering.

1. Platform Support and Maintenance: Provide daytoday support management and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Entra and Modern Device Management platforms.
2. Design and Planning: Support the design planning and testing of platform capabilities.
3. Automation: Develop and maintain automated business processes using Microsoft 365 tools.
4. User Management: Manage users profiles roles permissions and security settings to ensure proper access and data integrity.
5. Data Integrity: Perform regular audits and maintain high standards of data quality.
6. Issue Resolution: Resolve production issues and engage IT and vendors as necessary. Conduct root cause analysis and support resolution.
7. Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain reports dashboards and workflows to support business processes and decisionmaking.
8. Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of system configurations customizations and processes for ongoing reference and knowledge sharing.
9. Development: Utilize coding languages like Powershell HTML/CSS TypeScript SQL and development frameworks relevant to Microsoft 365 and Entra.
10. SDLC and CI/CD: Demonstrate advanced understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and CI/CD pipelines and tools.
11. Production Support: Provide workday and afterhours production support including troubleshooting problem correction testing and promotion to the production environment.
12. Version Control: Demonstrate knowledge of version control systems like Git and manage code repositories branching strategies and code review processes effectively.
13. Learning and Implementation: Learn and implement new technologies by analyzing technical specifications building and configuring supporting infrastructure and implementing security best practices.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science preferred

5 years of experience in platform engineering required
2 years of experience in Agile practices required
2 years of experience integrating with other platforms required
1 year of experience with Rest API development required

The typical base pay range for this role is between $108400 $133280. Compensation may vary based on individual jobrelated knowledge skills expertise and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
