Job Description
The Administrative Assistant provides highlevel administrative support to the Office of Graduate Admissions by coordinating meetings and appointments; triaging student requests received by email phone and in person; responding to routine inquiries from prospective and current students; entering information into the Banner student information system and other CRM databases; collecting logging and making initial determination of authenticity of all application credentials; processing payments and deposits; coordinating flow of paper and electronic materials within the office and with other university departments; maintaining electronic and paper student records; ordering supplies and maintaining equipment; composing basic correspondence; providing excellent yet confidential customer service; and performing other jobrelated duties as needed in support of Enrollment Management initiatives. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software including Excel Outlook and Word.
