Job Description
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming F&B and Culinary team.
- Oversee daily operations of the Restaurant Banquet Snack Bar Culinary and Catering Sales departments.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Catering Sales team to ensure seamless food and event service.
- Maintain and enhance service standards member satisfaction and overall dining experience.
- Manage budgets cost controls and financial performance for all F&B and Catering operations.
- Oversee the of banquets private events and clubhosted functions.
- Implement and refine policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Recruit train and retain top F&B and Culinary talent.
- 5 years of leadership experience in Food & Beverage and Culinary management preferably in a private club hotel or fine dining setting.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant banquet catering and culinary operations.
- Proven track record of staff leadership financial management and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field preferred.
