Job Description

Were looking for motivated and detailed oriented graduate to join our Operations Team dedicated to provide best in class support to our customers globally.

Our 2year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months

  • Back Office Operations

  • Front Office Operations

  • Process Improvement & Reporting Team

Responsibilities

  • Learn & perform a variety of document processing and record keeping tasks associated with customer accounts that require a thorough knowledge of products and services in the assigned area.

  • Learn and support customer service teams resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information or provides quality service to our merchants

  • Learn how to enter new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving classifying consolidating and summarizing documents and information; completing reports and providing administrative support.

  • Learn to analyze data identify trends and recommend improvements to improve the customer experience.

  • Learn and gain knowledge in the area of banking & payment rules and regulations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from across Operations to help support streamline processes to enhance customer experience

Basic qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree ideally in Business International Business or Economics with a target completion date of May 2025

  • Excellent analytic skills with the ability to extract collect organize analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects anddeadlines simultaneously.

  • Eager to learn and understand financial and payments markets

  • English Level C1 Request for English CV

  • One year or less industry experience.

  • Ability to start graduate program on 2 Sept 2025

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Attention to detail

Location:PuawskaWarszawa 3 days office & 2 days home)

Contract:2 year Fixed Term Employment Contract
