About You

Youre energetic caring and dedicated to fostering childrens growth through creative adaptable and inquirybased tailored learning. You thrive in a collaborative environment contributing positively to a respectful and supportive culture. Empathetic and patient you take pride in building positive trusting relationships with children and their families. Experience as a Room Leader is highly desired but not essential.

To be eligible youll need a CompletedDiplomain Early Childhood Education and Care Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Current Working with Children Check as well as a Child Protection Certificate.

• Inspire children through playbased learning and engaging experiences.
• Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning.
• Create a safe inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience.
• Build strong relationships with children families and team members.
• Document and celebrate childrens developmental milestones.
• Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
