Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst (Remote US Candidates Only)
Job Type: Fulltime Remote
Location: United States (Remote)
About the Role:
We are seeking a detailoriented Business Analyst to join our team and drive datadriven decisionmaking. In this role you will analyze business processes gather requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and performance. This is a fully remote position open only to candidates located in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather analyze and document business requirements for projects and process improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose solutions.
Develop and present reports dashboards and data visualizations to support decisionmaking.
Work closely with IT and development teams to implement system changes and enhancements.
Conduct gap analysis risk assessments and workflow evaluations.
Support Agile teams by writing user stories defining acceptance criteria and participating in sprint planning.
Ensure compliance with business policies industry standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or a related field.
1 year of experience in business analysis process improvement or a related role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL or Tableau.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. Salesforce SAP Workday).
Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP CCBA PMIPBA).
Knowledge of financial modeling market research or business intelligence.
