Rate: Up to 38 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting registered and experienced Qualified Social Workers to join a busy team at a Leicester based Child Protection Team.
What will your responsibilities be
You will provide assessment care management and social work services to children and their families arising out of the councils duties and powers under legislation Council and Group policy. You will promote and model effective working arrangements with Mental Health services and other voluntary and community partners to support Care Experienced young people. You will develop a good understanding of evidencebased practice and integrate models of best practice into daytoday service delivery. You will participate in clinical supervision and clinical risk assessing and liaise with mental health services across different boroughs/areas. You will bring together develop and regularly review a multiagency Pathway Plan around and with the young person and proactively work with the young person to achieve their targets.

Qualifications and Experiences:
Child Protection Social Workers need to understand and integrate into practice the key policies of the council in relation to social care with children and families especially multidisciplinary working integration and whole family approaches.You must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess postqualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
