We are looking for an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Professional Services group.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Developing valuable intelligence deliverables conducting investigations and performing advanced research to support customer needs.
Understanding customer requirements and assisting in configuring their environments on our advanced CTI platform.
Helping customers optimize and finetune their intelligence workflows to enhance efficiency.
Investigating underground sources threat actors and cyber incidents to uncover critical insights.
Using advanced tools and search techniques including WEBINT and HUMINT methodologies to produce accurate and relevant intelligence outputs while collaborating closely with the CS Sales and Product teams.
Identifying and communicating potential risks across the clear deep and dark web that could impact our customers.
Providing handson training support and guidance to customers ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions for their unique use cases.
At least 2 years of experience in intelligence analysis specifically WEBINT / OSINT.
Excellent analytical and reportwriting skills with a proven track record.
Experience working with SaaS solutions and cloudbased security tools.
A proactive teamoriented mindset with strong multitasking abilities.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Deep understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) the cybercrime landscape and underground sources.
Proficiency in additional languages.
Customerfacing experience in a technical or intelligencedriven role.
Familiarity with Python Elasticsearch and Kibana.
