Position Summary
Houston Christian University seeks an adjunct professor for the Department of Classics and Biblical Languages to teach two classes per semester (including lower and upperlevel Latin and Classical Mythology). All courses will be offered exclusively in remote synchronous format (residence not required). Candidates should be available to begin work in August of 2022. Qualifications:
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Classics (or related discipline) by the time of appointment. The desired candidate should be enthusiastic about and ideally experienced in remote delivery and should be able to articulate a vision that includes potential teaching strategies and innovations that promise to make this mode of delivery successful
