We are hiring for our client a toptier law firm seeking a NonContentious Construction Senior Associate to join their highly respected team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The Role:
As a NonContentious Construction Senior Associate you will be responsible for:
- Providing precontractual procurement advice and drafting and negotiating construction documentation.
- Advising on project structuring and risk management ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supporting a diverse client base including contractors developers and public sector bodies.
- Working closely with clients to provide practical commercially focused legal advice.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to offer innovative and effective solutions.
- Maintaining exceptional client relationships by delivering outstanding service.
The Person:
- A qualified solicitor with 68 years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
- Strong technical expertise in noncontentious construction law including contract drafting and procurement.
- Experience working with a broad client base including private and public sector organisations.
- A commercially astute and solutiondriven approach to legal challenges.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
