Job Description
Delta Workforce is hiring skilledWeldersfor a manufacturing facility inHolly Springs. This role is perfect for individuals with experience inMIG TIG or Stick weldingwho are looking for steady work with competitive pay. Youll be responsible for fabricating assembling and welding metal components while ensuring highquality production.
- Perform metal fabrication tasks to create material handling bins according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and other technical drawings.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment including welding machines grinders and cutting torches.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in measurements and assembly.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience or vocational training in metal fabrication is a plus.
- Basic understanding of welding techniques and metalworking processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting and carrying materials.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality work.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
