Job Description
The Shop in Memphis TN is looking for a prep cook to join our team. We are located on 107 S Germantown Pkwy. in Cordova TN.
Our ideal candidate has reliable transportation to and from work shows up on time and is a self starter. Must be able to work weekends.
Responsibilities
- Follow recipes and prepare dishes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Basic cooking functions
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate and listen to team members
- Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal
- Experience as a Prep Cook a plus
