We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Services Youth Advocate Supervisor to provide leadership guidance and direct support to youth and staff during evening hours. The Residential Services Youth Advocate Supervisor oversees evening operations in our youth residential program ensuring a safe and positive living environment. This role involves direct supervision of staff and youth crisis intervention and implementing program policies to support the emotional behavioral and social wellbeing of residents.

Bachelors level degree in Human Services field or related field preferred
1 year experience working with adolescents is preferred
Residential experience preferred
Experience with systems (e.g. DMH DCF) preferred
Additional languages desirable though not required
Able to learn carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions and deescalation techniques
Able to learn carry out and be certified in MAP CPR and first aid
MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
Proficient writing and computer skills
Ability to read write and speak English
