Were looking for a Head of Growth to lead the expansion of Whatwapps games driving a steady influx of highquality users while maximizing profitability. Reporting directly to the CEOs youll play a key role in shaping and executing our growth strategy.
The ideal candidate is a datadriven growth leader with strong UA expertise and a strategic mindset capable of scaling mobile games internationallyespecially in the US market. They thrive at the intersection of marketing and product leveraging a holistic growth strategy that goes beyond traditional UA.
Your quest will be to:
- Define and execute a sustainable growth strategy to expand Whatwapps games balancing user volume and quality to maximize profitability.
- Lead and scale the Growth team hiring and mentoring top talent while fostering a datadriven highperformance culture.
- Mentor the creative team ensuring datadriven ad creative development that resonates with target audiences and enhances campaign performance.
- Develop and refine UA strategies to hit and exceed key ROAS and CPA benchmarks ensuring optimal budget allocation and efficiency.
- Leverage datadriven insights to inform product decisions working closely with Product Creative and Data teams to align growth efforts with game design and monetization.
- Own the revenue forecast and marketing spend by ensuring deep KPI ownership across UA cost revenue ROAS MER and cash flow.
- Optimize and expand marketing efforts across both traditional (Meta Google TikTok) and nontraditional (CTV influencer marketing community engagement) channels.
- Drive the successful launch of new games defining and executing user acquisition strategies from soft launch to global scale.
To start playing you will need:
- Proven experience in scaling mobile F2P games.
- Strong analytical skills with solid expertise in UA metrics (ROAS MER and cash flow management).
- Expertise in creativedriven performance marketing working alongside creative teams to develop highimpact ad assets.
- Strong leadership skills capable of structuring and scaling a highperforming growth team.
- Deep understanding of international markets with a strong focus on the US and its mobile gaming growth dynamics.
- Strategic mindset able to balance shortterm UA performance with longterm growth and monetization strategies.
- Experience working crossfunctionally particularly with Product and Data teams to align marketing with game design.
- Outofthebox thinking mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Experience in LTV and ROAS modeling with a strong ability to define the right specifications for Data and Marketing Analytics teams to build and refine predictive models that drive sustainable growth.
- Understanding of ad monetization and its role in optimizing overall revenue streams.
- Strong grasp of cash flow management principles to enhance revenue forecasting and ensure efficient budget allocation for marketing investments.

Building community and having a place to connect with each other is very important for us. We like not only to work together but to have time to get to know each other to celebrate and have fun. We also value peoples choice to work from anywhere thats why we have a very flexible hybrid model.
Our policy is 4 days straight per month at the office and we decide however were gonna go.
If you dont live in Italy we have two options: if you would like to relocate our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
