The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor youll act as a trusted advisor on client projects delivering strategic commercial advice and managing contract and commercial matters. Working as part of the project team onsite and in the office you will collaborate closely with delivery teams contractors and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met. This role requires regular site visits to actively engage in project delivery problemsolving and fostering strong relationships.

Youll play a key role in identifying creative solutions driving process improvements and working handson with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. This is not just an officebased role but an opportunity to be at the heart of project delivery.

About You

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying Commercial Management or Engineering (HNC/HND considered).
• Full UK driving license and access to a car for business travel.
• Clientfocused commercially astute and skilled in fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Professional membership (or working towards) with RICS CIPS or ICE preferred.
• Strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and contract strategies or similar forms.
• Effective communication teamwork and leadership skills.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively onsite with project teams to deliver success.
