Job Description

What You Can Expect

The Asset Management Senior Advisor is P&L owner for portfolios composed of Wind Solar and Battery storages assets. The role involves developing best practices in asset management collaborating with internal centers of expertise and managing a cost center to ensure profitability maximization for our fleet. The Senior Advisor will lead a team of Asset Managers to maximize risk adjusted returns to advance renewable energy solutions across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management: Lead the team in negotiating and amending contracts (including Power Purchase (PPA) landowners (LTSA) Asset Management service agreements) to improve performance and mitigate risks. Oversee technical aspects and coordinate with operations teams. Develop prudent project budgets ensure compliance with market rules lead initiatives to improve performance and protect longterm value and maintain strong relationships with ENGIEs Global Energy Management and Supply entities
  • Leadership: Provide direction promote an inclusive culture build strong relationships offer constructive feedback and ensure prioritization for worklife balance
  • Organization: Deploy new processes systems and tools to enhance efficiency and value creation. Leverage internal expertise across departments to deliver highquality results. Ensure transparency collaboration and effective communication across all departments (Operations Finance Legal Trading and Power Marketing)

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Engineering Environmental Business Administration Economics or a related field of study
  • Minimum 10 years ofrelevant work experience in the energy industry including plant operations and economics
  • Strong project management skills for crossorganizational coordination and business process improvement with advanced analytical and Excel skills
  • Proved leadership in P&L and asset management particularly in renewables attention to detail and a proactive approach to value creation
  • Exceptional verbal written and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and collaborate within a teambased environment
  • Understanding of renewables financials models: (Tax equity cash equity debt) and of partnership agreements (LLCA) and asset contractual arrangements (LTSA PPAs JVMA OMA AMA)

Additional Details

  • This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 20 of the time and with the need for some overnight trips
  • Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies

Compensation

Salary Range: $131000 $200790 USD annually

This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.

Actual offered salary may depend on geography experience industry knowledge education internal pay alignment or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
