Annual salary: up to 35249.00

Bricklayer

Leeds Roseville road

Full Time Permanent 38 Hours per week.

We provide tailored rapidresponse and planned housing maintenance services to meet the needs of over 70 local authorities Management Organisations and Housing Associations partners. By focusing on what matters most to them we deliver an exceptional service while helping to invest in the communities we work in.

About the role

As a Bricklayer your role will involve performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks such as flagging blocking holes repairing pavements and walls and cleaning cavities all while ensuring high standards and adherence to budget and time constraints. You must have the necessary certifications and maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with customers and stakeholders gathering feedback as needed. Utilizing a handheld device (PDA) for task management timesheets and stock control is essential. Additionally youll be responsible for keeping company assets in good condition managing materials attending meetings and training sessions.

Key Criteria

  • Previous experience as a Bricklayer
  • NVQ level 2 in bricklaying
  • Provide own hand tools
  • UK full driving licence
