Job Description
We are a leader in health and wellness empowering members to achieve their personal best through innovative programs and services. As the Health Optimization Specialist youll play a vital role in our Insights Studio combining cuttingedge science and personalized care to support our members goals.
In this role you will deliver personalized datadriven insights to help members optimize their health and performance. Youll conduct advanced assessments including body composition motion capture and breath analysis to provide actionable feedback. By fostering meaningful connections with members youll guide them on their health journey ensuring an exceptional experience at every step.
Collaboration is key as youll work with leadership to refine testing protocols and stay ahead of industry advancements. Youll also oversee the seamless operation of the Insights Studio maintaining equipment processes and standards that reflect our commitment to excellence.
Were seeking a candidate with a degree in physiology kinesiology or sports science along with expertise in wellness technology and testing protocols. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in physiology kinesiology or Sports Science
Proven experience in a performance lab/testing environment or luxury wellness organization including all aspects of P&L management is required
Experience with body composition testing motion capture and breath analysis
Certifications in fitness from nationally recognized fitness organization (e.g. ACSM NCSA) are required
Certification by American Red Cross in Adult CPR/AED required within one month of hire
Location
Must be willing to work onsite in Westwood Kansas.
