Job Description
We seek a Middle UI/UX Designer to join our team and create impactful digital experiences for web and mobile applications. At LaSoft we specialize in delivering highquality solutions for startups SMBs and enterprises in industries such as marketing tech HR tech insurance telecommunications and government tech.
As a Middle Designer you can bring ideas to life working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment. REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of experience in UX/UI and/or Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
- Fluent in English (B2 level minimum).
- Proficiency in Figma including prototyping autolayout components and design systems.
- Solid understanding of Design Thinking methodology and its application in product development.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work on complex products and make datadriven design decisions.
- Basic knowledge of UX research methodologies including user research and audience analysis.
- Experience in UI design with a strong understanding of typography color and layout principles.
- Ability to create wireframes and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Proactive approach with the ability to think critically find creative solutions and confidently articulate design decisions.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals when designing solutions.
- Collaboration skills ability to work with developers product managers and other designers in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn adapt and accept constructive feedback to improve designs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and enhance product features collaborating closely with the team to create new user flows wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Work with the project manager and design team lead to define and implement design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Communicate effectively with product stakeholders presenting design challenges and solutions clearly and confidently.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback thoughtfully into your designs ensuring all perspectives are considered and addressed in the final product.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless design integration into the development process.
