Job Description
Part of Stefaninis Modern Enterprise Services division the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) team continues to grow and we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team.
As a Digital Workplace Platforms (DWP) Solution Architect you will be involved throughout presales cycles (i.e. RFIs RFPs) but also in postsales activities (i.e. Workshops PoCs Projects) working together with presales sales delivery and SME teams to understand our customer needs challenges and strategies in order to design propose and deliver a comprehensive tailored solution.
We are looking for a profile with a solid Microsoft 365 technical background combined with strong customer leadership skills. This role will require significant customer interaction and will drive architecture planning. The candidate must have broad multidiscipline Enterprise IT experience and must deliver customercentric solutions that improve the user experience.
Job responsibilities:
- Participate in Pre and PostSales activities capturing customer technical and business requirements crafting a technical solution and providing context and direction during the sales and transition cycles;
- Act as Digital Transformation advisor to our customers by building a tailored Digital Workplace roadmap;
- Support Stefanini M.E.S. business development efforts by collaborating and providing the required input into new opportunities within existing or potential customers;
- Document and design service offerings along with best practices and recommendations inside the Digital Workplace Platform catalog and drive their maturity growth;
- Collaborate with DWP Delivery Teams helping to advise on design and architecture of solutions and their highlevel implementation plans;
- Contribute to DWP teams growth by providing technical mentorship and guidance;
- Have a broad understanding of Stefaninis Modern Enterprise Services portfolio and technology landscape;
- Creatively and collaboratively design complex solutions integrating components from multiple technology driven towers;
- Effectively communicate and work with CLevel sponsors internal and client project teams international and multicultural clients;
- Help write Service Descriptions Proposals and Scope of Work documents to match agreed solutions (managed services and projects).
- Several years of demonstrated experience in IT Outsourcing and Managed Services delivery solutioning/presales product management or consulting;
- Broad expertise in solutioning digital workplace managed services and/or projects >5 years);
- Strong handson experience in designing configuring implementing administering and supporting Digital Workplace communication and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365 and interconnected technologies (i.e. AD AADConnect ADFS Azure AD Identity Provider Solutions like i.e. Okta Azure and other Automation Solutions Exchange Server mail relay and hygiene technologies and/or Migration Tools etc.;
- Previous experience with solutioning & responding to RFIsRFPs;
- Able to work autonomously to assist in developing client proposals and support the bid management team with specialized technical expertise. This includes responding to customer demands RFP requests and having an advisory role during pre and postsales cycles;
- The role will enable technical transitions and transformations with our customers and prospects by exploring and understanding their technology challenges and requirements;
- Translate customer insights into solutions throughout the design phase using experience industry best practices technology and Stefaninis Managed Services capabilities;
- Analytical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problemsolving;
- Act as technical evangelist in the organization by keeping abreast of latest technology products and trends. Promote existing and new capabilities and offerings to internal groups partners and clients;
- English proficiency both written and verbal with any additional West European languages being a plus;
- Experience in a customerfacing technology consultancy role;
- A customeroriented attitude and strong communication & presentation skills are a requirement;
- Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently & concisely with audiences at all levels manage expectations and explain technical details;
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent relationships with external and internal stakeholders;
- Good understanding and working experience with ITSM Tools and ITIL Methodology;
- Industry recognized technical certification(s) is highly recommended;
- Experience working across multiple industries;
- Experience working in a multinational organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness.
