Job Description
Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs is seeking a friendly and detailoriented individual to join our team as a PartTime Reservations Specialist at the KOA. In this role you will provide exceptional guest service to both our reservations department and gift shop ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate reporting.
NOTE this job is a safetysensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or for active employees termination even if they test positive for and have a valid medical license.
Responsibilities
- Manage KOA reservations ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate and maintain daily weekly and monthly reports.
- Conduct daily counts and track rent due.
- Operate and manage the gift shop including sales inventory and customer service.
- Assist with special events as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in cash handling and guest services.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to learn KOA systems and procedures.
- Valid drivers license and ability to meet company vehicle operation requirements.
