Employee Benefits Account Manager Hybrid

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of employee benefits providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing guidance on their employee benefits programs and building strong relationships
  • Analyze clients needs and develop strategic recommendations for optimizing their benefits offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of client plans
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their benefits programs address any concerns and deliver valueadded services
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with informed and compliant guidance

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management
  • Strong knowledge of group benefits plans including health dental vision life and disability insurance
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and benefits administration systems

DaytoDay

  • Engage with clients to understand their employee benefits needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of benefits programs
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and legislative changes to provide timely and accurate advice to clients
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations demonstrating the value of our services and recommendations
