Employee Benefits Account Manager Hybrid
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in account management and a deep understanding of employee benefits providing exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients providing guidance on their employee benefits programs and building strong relationships
- Analyze clients needs and develop strategic recommendations for optimizing their benefits offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing management of client plans
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their benefits programs address any concerns and deliver valueadded services
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with informed and compliant guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience in employee benefits account management
- Strong knowledge of group benefits plans including health dental vision life and disability insurance
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and benefits administration systems

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of benefits programs
- Keep abreast of industry developments and legislative changes to provide timely and accurate advice to clients
