We are looking for a skilled Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Malta. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our cuttingedge platform working alongside both business and tech teams. What Youll Be Doing:
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals while collaborating with stakeholders to address business needs market trends and customer feedback.
- Own prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure maximum business value.
- Translate business needs into welldefined features user stories and tasks supplemented with wireframes and flowcharts where necessary ensuring development teams have the information they need to deliver quality outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and work with crossfunctional teams to implement changes.
- Lead effective demos and training sessions to present new product concepts and releases to stakeholders.
What You Bring:
- 3 years as a Product Owner (or similar role) within an Agile environment.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business and tech crafting clear and actionable business requirements.
- Strong problemsolving skills and datadriven decisionmaking abilities.
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
