Job Description
We are looking for a Director of Security Services to lead our team of over 170 security professionals including Security Officers Dispatchers and Ambassadors. This is a fulltime role based in Fresno CA. Relocation assistance will be offered to qualified candidates needed to relocate to Fresno.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in business administration Criminal Justice or Healthcare
7 years of managerial or supervisory experience required
Knowledge of healthcare security and program development principles techniques and managerial skills required
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid California Driver s License
Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator issued by the International Association of Healthcare Safety and Security (IAHSS) required within 1 year of hire
State of California Guard Card required within 1 year of hire
Benefits
