Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements including profit & loss balance sheet and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST TDS Income Tax etc. and timely filing of returns.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to the management for strategic decisionmaking.
Supervise and mentor a small team of accountants ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy.
Manage audits (internal & external) and coordinate with auditors for financial and compliancerelated matters.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
Improve financial processes and implement best practices in accounting.
Work closely with other departments to ensure proper financial management across the company.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
CA Inter/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting preferably in an IT or infrastructure company.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards taxation laws and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally Zoho Books systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
