Job Description
Our client is a techled platform that connects informal retailers around Africa who retail in Kiosks and other similar retail outlets.
Job Summary
Were seeking a highly organized and communicative Dispatch Associate to coordinate logistics and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication and coordination between drivers customers and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders
- Assign drivers and vehicles
- Monitor shipments
- Provide vital information to drivers
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records
- Review and improve processes
Requirements
- 23 years of dispatching experience
- B.Sc/HND in any field
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of transportation regulations
- Good computer skills
