Office Manager (Corona California)
Summary:
Seeking experienced Office Manager for a reputable PC Fabrication company located in Corona Ca. MUST KNOW QUICKBOOKS!
Responsibilities:
- Understand and operate up to date QuickBooks system
- Manage an efficient inventory storage system alongside inventory control
- Process customer parts orders estimates order shipments order coordination
- Additional tasks including but not limited to vendor order placement customer invoicing and report generating.
- Assist manufacturing staff with various manual labor tasks that may be required.
- Heavy lifting may be required on orders
Shedule:
MondayFriday (Hours are flexible)
Salary:
$22/hourly
