What You Bring Are You Someone Who...
Has previous experience in assembling or palletizing goods on a production line
Has experience driving forklifts and skid steers
Enjoys working in a closeknit team environment taking on tasks as needed
Has a careful eye for detail monitoring the production process and inspecting finished goods to ensure quality
Is mechanically inclined
Is fanatical about following safety regulations and guidelines

We are looking for a Production Line Operator rockstar to work in our asphalt bagging facility in Uvalde TX. The Line Operator will play a critical role in ensuring Blades Group produces products with the utmost quality and can fulfill every order on time with complete accuracy.
We are looking for someone with these skills!
Are you capable of lifting 60 pounds regularly and without assistance
Are you driven with a coachable mindset and a strong work ethic
Are you able to multitask in a fastpaced warehouse environment
Are you able to work on your feet for extended periods
Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills
Do you have experience operating forklifts and/or skid steers
Do a reliable mode of transportation to get to and from work each day
Do you have a high school diploma / GED
