Serve as an Informatica IDQ Analyst / SQL Developer within a technical team of 510 members based in Ireland and internationally.
The team s primary function is to source and deliver data for the SAP Finance system while also supporting SRB regulatory requirements.
Ensure highquality solution delivery that aligns with the bank s technical objectives and meets BCBS regulatory obligations.
Work with a diverse technology stack including enterprise tools such as Teradata Informatica Axon SAP and AWS as well as LoCode platforms like Alteryx and SAS.
Operate in an Agile environment collaborating closely with end users in the Finance Business Unit.
Must have skills:
A degree in Computer Science with expertise in databases SQL and ETL tools.
Fluent English
Experience with Informatica IDQ Teradata Alteryx and SAS.
7 years of experience in enterprise IT projects.
Over 5 years of experience working directly with end users in Financial Institutions.
5 years of leadership experience with a strong desire and capability to lead.
Proven track record of working on enterprise systems that reached production particularly in highly regulated financial environments.
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both onshore and nearshore teams in a matrix organization.
A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for process improvement and a willingness to challenge traditional approaches.
Nice to have skills:
Handson Agile experience focusing on achieving tangible outcomes rather than just following methodologies.
