Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct highvolume outbound calls to potential customers from curated lead lists
- Articulate mortgage brokerage services clearly tailoring pitches to individual needs
- Manage senior broker s calendar scheduling qualified appointments efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce CRM ensuring data integrity
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
- Cultivate a professional friendly demeanor in all customer interactions
- Collaborate with the senior broker to refine appointment quality criteria
- Participate in performance reviews and ongoing training to enhance skills
Requirements
- Nativelevel English communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven track record in cold calling appointment setting or similar role preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems particularly Salesforce
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Resilient attitude with a talent for turning rejections into learning opportunities
- Basic understanding of mortgage or financial services industry a plus
- Ability to work fulltime during Australian business hours
- Selfmotivated with a drive to meet and exceed KPIs
