Job Title: SysAdmin
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Regime: Fulltime & Hybrid 2x office)
Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a SysAdmin to join our company!
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Monitor infrastructure health and ensure system stability;
- Troubleshoot network issues analyze network captures (VPN VMs) and resolve connectivity problems;
- Manage user access and permissions;
- Work closely with 24/7 support teams to diagnose and escalate technical issues;
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to maintain and optimize system performance;
- Identify whether an issue is related to infrastructure networking or databases.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken);
- 5 years of experience in system administration and network troubleshooting;
- Strong understanding of network protocols VPNs and virtual machines (VMs);
- Handson experience with user management and system access control;
- Ability to capture and analyze network traffic;
- Familiarity with cloud environments preferably Azure;
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker;
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes;
- Basic knowledge of databases (SQL NoSQL) for issue identification.
