Job Description
This very large and busy nursery in North Edinburgh are now looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to support their busy Baby suite. You will need to be an experienced senior practitioner having led large teams and be very experienced with working with the under 2s. Salary is c 30k plus depending on experience and qualifications. Lots of great benefits with this growing provider. On great transport links too.
Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 2 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 1 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest Curriculum for Excellence framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Care Inspectorate requirements and standards
