We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to drive the endtoend quality assurance of our Loan Management System (LMS) in the Digital Lending domain. This role will be responsible for defining test strategies ensuring compliance with financial regulations and leading a team to deliver a seamless and robust lending platform.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts for the Loan Management System.
Identify and prioritize testing requirements based on business requirements and risk assessment.
2. Test :
Lead a team of testers in executing manual and automated tests.
Ensure that testing is completed on time within budget and meets the required quality standards.
3. Defect Management:
Identify report and track defects found during testing.
Collaborate with the Development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested.
6. Team Management:
Lead mentor and coach a team of testers.
Ensure that team members have the necessary skills training and resources to perform their jobs effectively.
7. Stakeholder Management:
Communicate testing plans progress and results to stakeholders including Product Management Development and Business Leaders.
Ensure that stakeholders are informed and aligned with testing activities and outcomes.
Requirements
Requirements:
1. Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on leading testing teams.
Experience with loan management systems or financial services software is a plus.
2. Skills:
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team of testers.
Experience with defect tracking tools like JIRA
