Job Description
Department Leadership: Lead the IT projects department setting strategic goals and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Project Oversight: Manage IT project planning and ensuring quality scope and compliance with group policies.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Build and mentor a highperforming team while collaborating with stakeholders to align projects with business goals.
Risk & Quality Management: Identify risks enforce best practices and ensure successful project and integration quality.
Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage budgets efficiently to optimize resource utilization
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Project Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum 6 years in IT project management including 3 years in a leadership role; M&A experience is a plus.
Strong leadership team management and stakeholder communication skills; English proficiency required German is a plus.
Expertise in IT systems software hardware and project management tools/methodologies.
Strong problemsolving strategic thinking and business process analysis skills.
