Job Description
**SAP Procurement & Supply Chain Systems Management**
- Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP Sourcing and Procurement Ariba and warehouse management systems including configuration enhancement and integration support.
- Manage system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to optimise procurement and supply chain operations.
- Oversee data consistency and integration between SAP modules Ariba and external systems whilst maintaining accurate financial and inventory records.
**Technical Development & System Support**
- Lead SAP Sourcing and Procurement configuration changes ensuring proper transport management and system integrity across environments.
- Coordinate with SAP Basis and security teams for system maintenance upgrades and patch implementations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within SAP S/4HANA and integrated procurement systems.
**Project & Stakeholder Management**
- Drive supply chainrelated projects including new implementations and process improvements.
- Manage testing efforts and documentation for system enhancements.
- Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams providing training and translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
Qualifications :
To be a success you will need:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business or related field
- 7 years of experience in SAP Sourcing and Procurement support and development
- SAP certifications in Sourcing and Procurement (ECC or S/4HANA) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Sourcing and Procurement modules including purchase orders inventory management and Ariba integration
- Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration deployment and integration services
- Strong understanding of SAP security workflows and reporting tools
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in mining or heavy industries is advantageous
