Conduct training programs to enhance team skills and productivity. 4. Enforce workplace discipline and resolve conflicts among employees. 5. Ensure all products meet company and regulatory quality standards. 6. Work closely with the quality control team to address production issues. 7. Implement corrective actions to maintain highquality output. 8. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the production area. 9. Conduct safety training and implement risk mitigation strategies. 10. Maintain compliance with industry standards and government regulations. 11. Monitor raw material inventory levels and coordinate with procurement. 12. Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and production costs. 13. Analyse production data to identify areas for process improvement. 14. Prepare and submit reports on production performance and efficiency. 15. Assist in implementing new technologies and automation where necessary. NB/ and any other duty or responsibilities assigned to you.
Qualifications :
Qualification and Experience. Bachelors degree in Production Management Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills. Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Proficiency in production planning and inventory control
