FullTime BCBA Hybrid Opportunity Friendswood TX
Position: FullTime remote Hybrid Supervisor BCBA 50 Remote)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BCBA to join our team in a permanent fulltime role. This opportunity offers a manageable caseload of 10 clients max a competitive salary up to $95K and the flexibility to work 50 remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ABA therapy and programming for a caseload of up to 10 clients
- Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists in monthly meetings
- Supervise and train RBTs and therapy staff
- Conduct evaluations assessments and treatment plan reviews
- Ensure compliance with company and insurance standards
- Maintain open communication with parents and caregivers through regular updates
Hiring Timeline & Expectations:
- Our current BCBA will be on maternity leave starting in September and returning parttime so we need to hire a fulltime BCBA ASAP to begin the credentialing process before the official start date.
- The selected BCBA must remain in their current role until credentialing is completed.
- Expected start date: August (or earlier if credentialing is completed).
